TERMS

  • If you have purchased a Voucher for the Session, this is transferable and non-refundable.
  • The Voucher must be used within 12 Months from date of purchase.
  • Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
  • We reserve the right to deny or cut short the session if any of our staff feel that a clients behavior, attitude, presentation may compromise the Experience for other clients.
  • We do not offer childcare facilities so please to ensure that a responsible adult attends to supervise any children during the session. We recommend not bringing children unless you have booked a Family Photo-Shoot.
  • Please allow between 3-4 hours for the session.
  • Each session is subject to a redeemable booking deposit, taken at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment date and time. Booking Deposits can vary according to Photo-Shoot type, date and availability.
  • Redeemable Booking Deposits can be used as part payment towards any Image Bundles purchased at your viewing session. Smallest bundle being 5 Images.
  • The cost covered session can only be used once by any person. Either individually or accompanying friend/family on another booking.
  • In the event of late arrival (more than 20 minutes), your session cannot be guaranteed. In such cases we may provide either a shortened makeup session or cancel the appointment altogether. Booking deposits are lost in the event of late arrival. Another Booking Deposit will be required if you wish to book another session.
  • You will receive confirmation of your booking by email only.
  • Booking Deposits are lost in the event of non-attendance. You will be required to pay another Booking Deposit to book another appointment date.
  • Appointments can be amended by calling the Diary Management Team or by email. This may be subject to additional Booking Deposit charges. These charges vary according to date and availability.
  • You should provide at least 7 days notice if you wish to change your appointment date. Failure to do so, You will be required to pay another booking deposit if you wish to book another session
  • Appointments can be cancelled by calling the Diary Management Team or by email.
  • Any discounts or special offers provided during your session will not apply to any subsequent orders that you may place.
  • Copyright for all images rests with Spark Studios and prints must not be reproduced in any form without prior permission from the Company. If you purchase any Digital images, you will be provided with a Copyright Certificate granting permission to reproduce images as you wish.
  • Digital image orders will be despatched within 28 days of the appointment. Print orders will be despatched within 28 days of the appointment
  • Any order placed in your viewing session cannot be amended or cancelled.
  • Spark Studios has no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage to any personal belongings or valuables.
  • Spark Studios has no liability whatsoever for any injury or fatality sustained within the Studio or at any time during the shoot. The same applies for children who should be supervised at all times, and this remains the clients responsibility
  • By booking an appointment with us, you are in agreement with these full Terms & Conditions
